Indian Super League (ISL) fourth edition’s first game will be held at Kochi.Kerala Blasters will take on ATK in the season opener this month.Prior to today Kolkata was the venue for the inaugural game,It changed from Salt lake stadium to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.Even though the venue is changed the date remains the same. Indian Super league kicks off on November 17.

Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL),the ISL organisers mentioned that the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata will host the Hero Indian Super League 2017-18 final on March 17.The decision to shift the final has been taken post the grand success of Kolkata in hosting the FIFA U-17 World Cup final recently.

“ISL started its journey from Kolkata in October 2014 with a glamorous ceremony, the city of Kolkata for the first time will play host to the Hero ISL grand finale on Saturday, 17th March 2018,” the ISL said in a statement.

The change is fixtures as follows:

17th November 2017 : Kerala Blasters FC Vs ATK at Kochi
9th February 2018 : ATK vs Kerala Blasters FC at Kolkata

All other fixtures remain unchanged.
